Founded in Lagos, Nigeria, Two Nations One Table was born from a passion for sharing the diverse culinary traditions of West Africa with the world. Our name reflects our mission to bring people together through food, bridging cultures and creating connections.

Our chefs combine time-honored recipes with contemporary techniques, using the freshest local ingredients to create unforgettable dining experiences. From traditional Jollof rice to innovative fusion dishes, every plate tells a story.

Two Nations One Table is the culinary expression of Meccy Koroma's life across nations, cultures and stories. From Liberia to the United States and back across the Atlantic to Lagos, her life has carried village recipes, market spices and family rituals through airports, borders and new cities.

Two Nations One Table is her answer to a simple question: how can the dishes that kept us alive in crisis stand with power and beauty in the finest dining rooms on earth.
